Welcome to the Art Therapy Nook

A cozy corner of the world for queer, trans, nonbinary, and neurodiverse folks to heal, process, and create at their own pace. Sometimes all it takes is the right nook to finally set down your mask.

Feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you?
Struggling to express what's really going on inside?
Longing for a space where you can unmask and just... be?

You don't need to arrive polished, or even know quite what you're looking for. So many of the people I work with have spent years being the steady one, the capable one, the person everyone else leans on, and somewhere under all that holding they lost the thread of who they are. If that ache of self-abandonment feels familiar, you're in the right place.

In our work together, we make room for the parts of you that words alone have never quite reached. Art is like a second language, a place where your unspoken inner experience gets to finally take up space outside of your body. Seeing it there can shift something, so you start to witness your truest self with more awareness and self-compassion. No art experience required, just a willingness to show up and see what wants to be expressed.

I show up as a real person, not a blank screen waiting for you to perform. Our time together is warm, honest, sometimes playful, and always yours to steer. The biggest shifts happen when we're free to be our authentic selves, rather than analyzing, "fixing," or apologizing for who we are. You deserve a safe space to just be. Welcome to the Art Therapy Nook.

One-on-one art psychotherapy — we go where words alone can't at your pace, in a space that doesn't ask you to explain yourself first.

Small, closed art therapy groups for adults ready to heal in community. Structured, relational, and built to go somewhere real.

For pre-licensed and licensed therapists. Bring your hardest cases, your biggest questions, and your whole clinical self.
