Welcome to the Art Therapy Nook

A nook is a quiet, inviting space — often small, but comforting. It’s the kind of place where you feel safe to slow down, reflect, or just be. In therapy, I aim to create that kind of emotional nook: a space where all parts of you are welcome.

Feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you?
Struggling to express what's really going on inside?
Longing for a space where you can unmask and just... be yourself?

I provide creative, trauma-informed therapy for queer & neurodiverse adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and finally feel at home in their own lives.

As a licensed-certified art therapist and professional counselor, I use a blend of visual art, body-based work, and conversation to help you communicate what's hard to say, deepen self-understanding, and build trust in yourself. My approach draws from attachment theory, parts work, psychodynamic therapy, and Gestalt—but you don't need to know any of that for it to work.

Sessions with me are warm, authentic, interactive, and sometimes playful. I'm not a blank-slate therapist—I show up as a real person. That's where the connection (and the transformation) happens.
