Supervision

The therapist I am today is a direct reflection of the incredible supervisors and educators who shaped my growth over the past 10+ years. That experience is what makes supporting and mentoring others one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

I provide supervision for:

  • OBL PCT counseling associates pursuing LPC licensure

  • ATCB provisional art therapists (ATR-P) pursuing ATR, ATR-BC credentials, and Oregon art therapy licensure (LAT or LCAT)

  • Licensed and credentialed counselors and art therapists seeking ongoing consultation, support, or mentorship

  • Clinicians transitioning into private practice

My Background and Training

My clinical specialty lies at the intersection of trauma healing, neurodiversity-affirming care, eating disorder recovery, and LGBTQIA+ identity development. I work primarily with adults and older adolescents, and have additional experience with grief and loss, OCD, suicidal ideation and self-harm, mood disorders, and psychosis.

Before moving into private practice, I worked across a wide range of treatment settings and age groups including schools, outpatient clinics, hospitals, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, and subacute residential treatment. I'm comfortable facilitating individual, group, and family therapy, as well as parent and caregiver consultations and interdisciplinary care team meetings. I know firsthand what it means to function within a multi-disciplinary team, including the care coordination demands that graduate programs often don't prepare you for.

What Makes Me a Great Supervisor?

My training and work history are broad and diverse, and I'm continually deepening my knowledge through ongoing clinical practice and continuing education. My supervisory style is open, authentic, and emotionally attuned. I genuinely invest in getting to know my supervisees as individuals, because understanding who you are as a person informs how I can best support your professional growth.

I offer a balance of reflective exploration and direct feedback, so you feel genuinely heard and leave sessions with clear, actionable guidance. I'm especially passionate about arts-based supervision, which uses both imagery and language as tools for examining what happens in therapeutic encounters and within the broader systems we work in.

Please note: I may not be the right supervisory fit if you work predominantly with children, with teens or adults navigating substance use disorders, or with high-risk or actively crisis-presenting clients. As a fully remote supervisor, those populations require a level of on-site, hands-on support I'm not positioned to provide.

Investment:

  • 60-min Individual Supervision - $150

  • 90-min Individual Supervision - $200
