Supervision &
Consultation
The therapist I am today is a direct reflection of the incredible supervisors and educators who shaped my growth over the past 10+ years. That experience is what makes supporting and mentoring others one of the most meaningful parts of my professional work.
I offer two paths depending on where you are in your career: Supervision for pre-licensed clinicians working toward licensure, and Consultation for independently licensed clinicians who want an experienced thinking partner on complex cases.
Supervision
(Pre-Licensed Clinicians)
I provide supervision for:
-
Counseling associates registered with the OBLPCT and pursuing LPC licensure
-
Provisional art therapists registered with the ATCB and pursuing ATR / ATR-BC credentials, as well as art therapy licensure (LAT or LCAT) from the State of Oregon
My supervisory style is open, authentic, and emotionally attuned. I genuinely invest in getting to know my supervisees as individuals, because understanding who you are as a person informs how I can best support your professional growth. I balance reflective exploration with direct feedback, so you feel genuinely heard and leave sessions with clear, actionable guidance. I have a broad and diverse work history, and I continually deepen my knowledge through ongoing clinical practice and continuing education. I'm especially passionate about arts-based supervision, which uses both imagery and language as tools for examining what happens in therapeutic encounters and within the broader systems we work in.
Please note: I may not be the right supervisory fit if you work predominantly with children, with teens or adults navigating substance use disorders, or with high-risk or actively crisis-presenting clients. As a fully remote supervisor, those populations require a level of on-site, hands-on support I'm not positioned to provide.
Your Investment
Individual supervision = $150 (60 minutes)
Extended individual supervision = $200 (90 minutes)
Art Therapy Supervision Group = $90 (monthly, 90 minutes)
Consultation
(Post-Licensed Clinicians)
Consultation is a good fit if you're:
-
An independently licensed mental health clinician in Oregon (LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, LATs, ATRs, LCATs, ATR-BCs)
-
Looking for a dedicated thinking partner on complex cases
-
Working remotely and want someone to regularly consult with
-
Navigating cases involving trauma, eating disorder recovery, neurodiversity, or queer and trans affirming care (though consultation isn't limited to these areas, if you're feeling stuck, I'd love to hear from you)
-
Interested in learning more about parts work, Relational Cultural Theory, or art-based approaches to case conceptualization
I love sitting with a complicated case, looking at the whole picture, identifying patterns, and figuring out what might actually help when you feel stuck. My goal is to be an experienced thinking partner, not someone who tells you what you "should" do. You know your clients and your own clinical style better than I do. I can help you step back, look at the case from another angle, and find a path forward that fits your skills and expertise.
Working fully telehealth and solo, I know how isolating this work can be. I want to be your go-to person for consultation and professional check-ins when you're stuck or unsure of something clinically.
Your Investment
Individual consultation = $150 (60 minutes)
Group consultation = $90 (biweekly, 90 minutes)
My Background and Training
My clinical specialty lies at the intersection of trauma healing, neurodiversity-affirming care, and LGBTQ+ identity development for adults. I focus on depth-oriented care that integrates art therapy with IFS-informed psychotherapy and Relational Cultural Theory. I have experience treating anxiety and depressive disorders, ADHD, autism, chronic pain/illness, suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-injury, OCD, eating disorders, body image distress, grief and loss, mood disorders, and psychosis.
Before moving into private practice, I worked across a wide range of treatment settings and age groups including schools, outpatient clinics, hospitals, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, and subacute residential treatment. I'm comfortable facilitating individual, group, and family therapy, as well as parent and caregiver consultations and interdisciplinary care team meetings. I know firsthand what it means to function within a multi-disciplinary team, including the care coordination demands that graduate programs often don't prepare you for.
My clients tend to carry complex intersectionality of trauma, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ identity, and chronic pain or illness. Complexity is my sweet spot. I tend to find the thread that connects mixed presentations into one cohesive story, which opens up more possibilities than working symptom by symptom.
My training as an art therapist shaped how I approach clinical problems, teaching me to look for patterns, metaphor, systems, and possibilities that aren't always immediately obvious. Supervision and consultation can both include creating art together to reflect on a case, and I'm glad to show you the value of art-based reflection in this context.
